On the eye: Golden yellow Color
On the nose: intensive and concentrated aromi of yellow fruit
On the palate: Very dense with strong aromi of Mirabelle plum, apricot and organe zest. Even though Winninger Riesling is dry and mineralic it is powerful with highly concentrated flavors and great body and length.
Food pairing: Goat cheese in Speck, Curry dishes (mild) and rich (fatty) dishes (Hollandaise...)
