A true piece of history. This champagne is 100% Pinot Noir, blending with 30/40% Reserve wine (harvest 2014, blending with reserve wine 2011-2012-2013).
The vines for this champagne have been planted right after World War II.
This Grand Cru has nice fine bubbles, a wonderful bouquet of fruit and beautiful yellow color. The fruitiness of this dry champagne is very well balanced with it's acidty and minerality. The reserve wine in it give an amazing depth.
I simply wonderful traditional champagne which is not officially available due to it's very limited production.
