Soft pressing of the grapes in December/January, followed by 30-days of fermentation with controlled temperature and maceration.
Intense red garnet colour. Fine ethereal, fruity fragrant, fresh bouquet. Velvet smooth, rich cherrysweet taste.
Traditional dessert wine: Ideal with local pastries such as pastafrolla, chocolate, almond biscuits. Excellent pairing also with strawberries and red fruits. Serve at 15-16°C.
